Hence, the knowledge gained here will greatly help students to understand the code of practice in engineering profession.

OBJECTIVES: To understand implementation of code of practices in engineering profession and to practice moral issues related to engineering profession.
LEARNING OUTCOMES (LO): Upon successful completion of this course, students should be able to:

SYNOPSIS:

 

This course covers all aspects of ethical problems and issues are science, scientific research, applied science and technology. Emphasis on the main   issues that is continuously debated such as socio-economic development, exploitation of natural resources, environmental pollutions. The students will be taught on the concept and method of thinking, in a coherent and systematic manner when discussing the issues, and at the same time developed the basic skill of self-confidence.
