This course introduces students to the methods and purposes of analyzing the various components of human resource development. This course focuses on models of human resource development, process and methods of needs analysis, training activities, education and development, the role of the individual in the development of human resources, the development of human resources, development of individual, career and organization, the role of the human resource development and career in human resource development. This course also introduces students to the concept of human capital development (human resources) that is based on Islamic sciences.
