This course emphasizes the character of Islām through process of management and integration training education between the spiritual, mental, emotional and physical as a vicegerent of Allāh on earth. Special skills to be a key focus on the management aspect of personality as a Dā ͨ i (preacher) and leader. In addition given the emphasis on the aspects of manpower planning, recruitment and selection of workers, evaluation, motivation and safety.
